Hello, everyone! How was your weekend?
Ulta sent out an email with a 20% off entire purchase coupon code for their platinum members, and I used mine to FINALLY purchase the Lorac Pro Palette 3. I love the first two Pro Palettes and the shades in the third palette are beautiful. Also, the collector in me just had to have it! ;)
This palette retails for $44 and holds 16 eyeshadows. Like the other palettes, the top row is all matte shades and the bottom row is all shimmer shades. There's a decent sized mirror as well. The packaging is exactly the same as the other two Pro Palettes. The problem with this palette being the same packaging as the others is that, like the others, this palette gets messy easily. The shimmer shades in this palette seem a bit more powdery than the shimmer shades in the two previous palettes. They are very soft and had a significant amount of kick back while swatching them. The shade Medallion had the most kick back and is the only shade in this palette that has a chunky texture. There's one repeat shade in this palette, and that's the shade Jet Black. Although, technically, the shade in the previous two palettes is "Black" and not "Jet Black", but I swatched both black shades and I cannot see any difference between the two.
On the left is the shade "Black" and on the right is the shade "Jet Black". Honestly, they look the same to me. What do you think?
Anyway, here are my swatches of the entire palette (shown without any primer):

To give you an idea of how much kick back these shimmer shades give off, I took a picture of the palette after swatching all the shades. You can see that the shade Medallion kicks up the most.
I also took a photo of all three Pro Palettes together to show you the similarities and differences between shades.
