Influenster L'Oreal Paris Rouge Signature Voxbox Product Review

Hello, everyone!  How has your week been so far?

I haven't received a voxbox from Influenster in quite some time, so I was pretty excited to find out that I was being sent some new lippies from L'Oreal.

These lip stains are incredibly opaque while still feeling lightweight on the lips.  The matte finish is surprisingly comfortable - I normally hate the way matte liquid lipsticks feel!  Application and lining of the lips is made super easy with the precision doe foot applicator.

What do you think about these new lip stains?  Have you had a chance to try them out?

Thank you for stopping by!  I hope you have a good rest of the week and weekend!

*I received these products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes, but all opinions are my own.*

Small Sephora Haul

Hello, everyone!  How was your weekend?

I purchased a couple of items through Sephora's website during their additional 20% off clearance items sale.  Both products are things I've been eyeing for a while now, so I jumped on the chance to purchase them at a greater discount.

Smashbox + Vlada Petal Metal Highlighter in Gilded Rose

I've been wanting this since it came out, but I was on a bit of a no-buy at the time.  Everything about this product is gorgeous - the packaging, the shade, everything!

Stila "Shimmering Heights" Shimmer & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow Set in Kitten, Cloud, and Twig

Ever since I first saw these liquid shadows around the internet, I've been dying to get my hands on some!  I really didn't want to spend over $20 on one though, so this 3 piece set is perfect.  All 3 shades are so beautiful.

That's all I ordered.  What do you think of these products?  Aren't they stunning?!

Thank you for stopping by, and I hope you have a great week!

2019 Project Empty Challenge

Hello, everyone!  How was your New Year's?  I've been having a rough week, honestly.  I started out with a slight sore throat and mild cough last Thursday.  Thankfully my sore throat went away after a day or so, but my cough got progressively worse to the point where its been waking me up every few hours throughout the night.  I had to get checked for influenza (if you've never been checked for that - be very thankful!  The doctor sticks a very long cotton swab ALL THE WAY UP YOUR NOSE!) which thankfully came back negative.  Then I woke up around 3:30 Monday morning with an awful ear infection.  The ear infection is doing much better now with the antibiotic I'm currently taking.  Unfortunately, the antibiotic not only kills the bad bacteria in the body, but the good bacteria as well.  So I could possibly get a yeast infection.  *cries*  I haven't had one yet and its been 3 days now, but fingers crossed that I don't get one!  I went out and purchased some Activia yogurt which has a ton of probiotics in it to help replenish the good bacteria.  *Here's hoping that helps!*  And as if that wasn't enough, Tuesday afternoon I began experiencing a terrible shooting pain in my right hip/lower back down to my thigh.  Walking, moving, and even coughing was painful!  I had a midwife appointment yesterday morning and explained to her what I was feeling.  Apparently it's sciatic nerve pain due to the extra pressure on my lower back from baby Noah.  Ayeee!

Anyway, on to the post!  For my first post of the new year, I thought I'd show you the products that I hope to use up during 2019 for this year's Project Empty Challenge.  If you're unfamiliar with PEC, it's essentially a list of products (any kind - skincare, makeup, crafts, etc. whatever it is that you have an overabundance of) that you aim to finish off by the end of the year.  The purpose of this challenge is to use up old or forgotten products instead of letting them continue to sit and collect dust.
