Hello, everyone! How has your week been? Its been crazy here in Oregon. We had terrible wildfires that thankfully didn't get too close to us, but its been very smoky here and the air quality has been hazardous. And tonight we're supposed to have severe storm weather. I don't even know what to say about 2020 anymore.
Anyway! I've received and bought some new products that I wanted to show you.
BeautyCounter Counter+ All Bright Serum
This came from Influenster. I like this serum. It's lightweight and makes my skin feel soft and smooth. The scent isn't bad either. It is a bit pricey though at $79.00.
BeautyCounter Counter+ Overnight Resurfacing Peel
This is also from Influenster. Again, this formula is lightweight, but I didn't notice a difference in my skin with this. And at $63.00, this isn't something I would repurchase.
Kerastase Huile de Parfum sample
I received this from BzzAgent and it came as two samples. This is a hair perfume oil. The oil is lightweight and won't make your hair look greasy if you use a small amount (which is all you need anyway). It smells nice, but it doesn't last for more than an hour or two. I usually just spray whichever perfume I'm wearing in my hair as it's faster and easier. Not to mention, the full size of this is $72.00 which I don't think is worth it.
Tony Moly I'm Lavender Lullaby Sleeping Mask
This I also received from BzzAgent. It obviously smells like lavender but it's not super strong and overpowering. This felt great on my skin, but I don't know that it did very much for me.
Tony Moly Panda's Dream Rose Hyaluronic Face Cream samples
I received these with the TM mask. This cream is nice, but not nice enough for me to switch out my favorite moisturizer.
Wet Brush x Disney Princess - Ariel
I've heard people raving about Wet brushes for so long but I always thought it was a gimicky product. I really like the Disney princess brushes though so I broke down and bought one. This actually works! It didn't pull on my wet hair at all. I might go buy the rest of the Disney princess collection. lol
L'Oreal True Match Eye Cream in a Concealer
I received this from BzzAgent and I chose the lightest shade in the neutral undertones and this is a bit too dark for me. It's lightweight and I wouldn't call this full coverage. This creased on me SO BAD. Even after setting with a powder I was a creasy cakey mess. I won't be repurchasing this.
Lancome Absolue Repairing Bi-Ampoule
This is another product sent to me from BzzAgent. This serum is SO NICE. It's lightweight and a little goes a long way. I noticed a difference in my skin instantly. My face felt softer and smoother, but also firmer. The only thing I hate about this is the price. This retails for $150.00 for only .4 oz of product. I wouldn't be able to justify repurchasing this especially now that I have a child. I would feel so guilty spending so much money on a serum.
Covergirl Clean Liquid Foundation
I'm still trying out foundations to find my holy grail. I decided to pick this up from Walmart last week. I used to use a foundation from Covergirl in high school (I think it was this one but the bottle has been changed?) and I wanted to try it out again to see how it looks on me now.
That's everything for now! Thank you for stopping by, and I hope you have a great week!
