New Beauty Haul

Hi, everybody! How was your weekend?

I have a new beauty haul to share with you! Like I mentioned in my last post, its been hectic around here lately, so I haven't purchased too much this time around. Here's what I did get though!

OPI Repair Mode

I received this (and the Nail Envy) complimentary from BzzAgent for review. I feel like these two products actually did help strengthen my nails! My nails have been brittle and prone to breaking lately. However, after using these products for two weeks, my nails feel and look stronger and healthier! They don't break as easily now either. I think these are definitely worth a try.

OPI Nail Envy

Dyson Air Wrap Complete Long

This was a gift from my husband and son for Mother's Day. I have been wanting this for a long time, but I hate how much they cost. I never planned on buying one because of how expensive it is. I was shocked when he showed this to me! I've used it a few times since I got it and it is definitely a little bit of a learning curve, but once I figured it out it made curling my hair go by fast. The curls look really nice, but they don't last nearly as long as my curling wand from Nume. That's to be expected though since the Nume wand heats up to something crazy, like 400 degrees. The curls I get with this still look really pretty though and I'm looking forward to trying out all of the other attachments that come with it.

Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge

I love this sponge. It's been my favorite for many years. My old one was starting to tear so I picked up a new one.

That's everything that I bought/received this time! Thanks for stopping by, and I hope you have an amazing week!

New Beauty Haul

Hello, everyone! How was your weekend?

We've been crazy busy these past few weeks! Our schedules are about to ease up though, so hooray for that. It's about to start cooling down here in the PNW, and I'm all kinds of excited for it! I'm ready for pumpkin patches, apple cider flavored everything, and of course Halloween! Are you ready for summer to be over with? Anyway, here are the new beauty products I'm trying out!

Dr. Jart+ BB Premium Beauty Balm

This is very dewy. A bit too dewy for me, actually. Even after applying powder, it was still glowy. This lasted all day though and didn't crease or settle into any of my fine lines.

Drunk Elephant Ceramighty AF Eye Balm

I like this, but it pumps out way too much product. Even half a pump is too much. It's very thick, but a little goes a long way with this. If DE fixed the pump so you don't waste so much product, it would be great.

Urban Decay All Nighter Long Lasting Setting Spray

I received this complimentary from Influenster and Urban Decay for completing UD's Words Hurt IRL Social Challenge. I've used this many times before, so I already know I like this product. It helps keep your makeup looking fresh all day.

Lancome Idole Nectar

This smells even better than the original Idole. I'm so glad they fixed the shape of the bottle too! The original is very thin, so it falls over constantly and I'm always worried it will break. I ended up just leaving it flat down on my counter so I no longer have to worry about it. The base on this perfume is wider, so there's no fear of it tipping over and shattering.

Tony Moly Sheet Masks in I'm Real Red Wine, I'm Real Rice, I'm Real Aloe, and I'm Real Pearl

I love these sheet masks! I try to never run out of sheet masks, but when I do, I stock up on a few of these. They're great and inexpensive!

Kiss Boo-Yah imPress Nails

I love Halloween, and I love press on nails. It's a match made in heaven.

Urban Decay Beached Bronzer in Sun-Kissed

I've had this on my Ulta wish list for a looooong time, so I finally bit the bullet and ordered it. I haven't tried it out yet, but I'm excited to.

Pureology Color Fanatic Top Coat + Tone Hair Gloss in Gold

I received this complimentary from Influenster for review. Based on the reviews I've read, this enhances your warm toned blonde hair to be more vibrant. I prefer my blonde to be on the cool toned side. In some reviews, the reviewer mentioned that they tried this out on their cool toned hair and this product turned their hair yellow-ish. I'm not willing to risk ruining my hair for a review, so I ended up giving this away.

NARS Rising Star Cheek Palette

I received this from BzzAgent for review. I love the stars on the packaging and printed on the powders. The highlight shade is a tad too dark for me, but it will make a beautiful eyeshadow. The five blush shades are really nice, and as long as I use a light hand on the darker shades, I can wear all of them even though I have a very fair skin tone.

OPI Xpress/on Nails in Bubble Bath

This is another product I received from BzzAgent for review. These are veryyyy long. I like the color of them, but I can't see me wearing these for more than a day or two.

Bath & Body Works - Twilight Woods Shower Gel & Body Cream, Wicked Vanilla Woods Body Cream, and Enchanted Candy Potion Body Cream

I have nothing to say other than I liked the scent of all of these. Lol

Olaplex No. 6 Bond Smoother

My hairdresser uses this on my hair and I love how it makes my hair look. I decided to finally pick it up at my last appointment.

Glow Recipe Guava Vitamin C Bright-Eye Gel Cream

This was free with my Sephora order. I haven't tried out a lot of Glow Recipe products, so I figured I'd branch out a bit with this.

Natasha Denona Sunset Palette

I've been wanting this palette for a long time. It's on sale on Sephora's website for 50% off right now. Obviously, I couldn't pass up that deal!

That's everything this time! Thank you for stopping by, and I hope you have a wonderful week!

Collective Beauty Haul

Hello, everyone! How was your weekend?

Here's what's new!

OPI Nature Strong Nail Polish Duo in Knowledge Is Flower & A Clay In The Life

I was given these free from BzzAgent for review. The shades are really pretty, but these polishes chipped on me so fast! Way faster than usual and I used a base coat and a top coat. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend them.

DP Hue Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse

I received this free from Influenster for review. This is okay. You can actually just use one part apple cider vinegar and one part water for an ACV rinse and it does the same thing. I don't think it makes sense to spend $35 on this when you can get the same results with two ingredients that you already have at home.

Marc Jacobs Eye-Conic Eyeshadow Palette in Fantascene

I saw this on sale on Sephora's website so I decided to try it out. The shades are beautiful. I haven't had a chance to try them out yet, but I'm excited to.

Makeup By Mario Glam Quads Eyeshadow Palette

This is my first product from this brand. I've heard great things about this, so I wanted to try it out. Again, I haven't had a chance to try this yet, but the shades are really pretty.

Youth To The People Kale + Green Tea Spinach Vitamins Superfood Cleanser

This sounds so interesting. When the cleanser I'm currently using runs out I'm going to be trying this.

Youth To The People Superfood Air-Whip Moisture Cream

Again, this sounds nice too. Once my moisturizer is gone I'll be trying this out.

La Mer The Hydrating Infused Emulsion

This was free from BzzAgent. It's nice. I don't know that it's something you NEED to have, but it feels nice on the skin and sinks in fairly quickly. It isn't greasy and it smells fine. I'm just not sure it does enough to justify the price.

ELF Big Mood Mascara

This was free for review from Influenster (so are the following three ELF items). This is alright. It definitely lengthened my lashes, but I like volumizing mascaras and this didn't give me as much volume as I'd like.

ELF Enhancing Lash & Brow Serum

I've been using this for about a week so I haven't seen any changes yet. I'll update you on whether or not this actually works. Fingers crossed that it does!

ELF Liquid Glitter Eyeshadow in Purple Reign

This is really pretty, but I don't typically wear purple shades so I'm going to be giving this one to my mom.

ELF Liquid Metallic Eyeshadow in Moon

This shade is beautiful! I haven't worn it on my eyes yet, so I don't know if it creases or fades, but I'll let you know.

Colorstreet Nail Strips in Web of Lies and Jack of All Trades

The spiderweb design is a clear overlay that you can put over any color. The pumpkin one is SUPER CUTE! I can't wait to wear these!

Wet N Wild Lip Mask & Lip Scrub

These looked really fun so I picked them up from Fred Meyer. I don't typically buy "Halloween" makeup because it's usually colors I don't wear very often. However, these are practical and fun. I don't mind the colors since I won't be wearing these out of my house. lol

Kiss Special Design Nails

I ordered four sets of nails from Kiss's website, but they got lost in the mail for a little bit. Fred Meyer had this single set left so I snatched it up as fast as I could.

Thankfully my package was found and the sets I ordered showed up! All of their designs for their Halloween collection are really cute. I'm hoping I find more in stores soon.

Bare Minerals Deluxe Collector's Edition Original Loose Mineral Foundation in Fair 01

I received this from BzzAgent. I've used this foundation before and I liked it a lot. This deluxe edition is HUGE! This will last me a very long time. The packaging is really cute too.

Lancome Teint Idole Foundation

This is a sample from BzzAgent. The shade looks to be a good match. I haven't had a chance to wear this yet, but I'll add a review when I do.

Tree Hut Green Tea Shea Sugar Scrub

This is also from BzzAgent. The scent is light and refreshing, and it exfoliates very well. My skin feels so soft and smooth after using this.

That's everything for now!  Thanks for stopping by, and I hope you have a fantastic week!
