Kat Von D Mi Vida Loca Remix Eyeshadow Palette Review + Swatches

Hello, everyone!  I hope you had a great weekend.

I want to share with you this limited edition eyeshadow palette by Kat Von D.  Included with this palette is a page with three makeup looks and instructions by Kat.  Kat Von D products are sold exclusively through Sephora.  This palette retails for $59.

This palette really isn't practical for travel because it's just too big.  The artwork on it is stunning though.  I also really like how the shadows are arranged to resemble a color wheel.  This palette has 24 shades including 17 colors of the rainbow and seven neutral shades in a variety of mattes, shimmers, and glitters.  These are insanely pigmented and vivid.  They glide on like butter and blend like a dream!  You can also alter these shades by placing them over different bases (black, white, shimmer, etc).  Some of my favorite bases to use are the NYX Cosmetics Jumbo Eye Pencils.  This palette is not for people who are afraid to use color quite often.  People who prefer neutrals would be better off with one of the Lorac Pro Palettes or Urban Decay Naked palettes.
