New Beauty Products

Hello, everyone!  I hope any of you who celebrates Christmas had a wonderful day.

I have another collective beauty haul to share.  The first 7 products in this list are from the winter 2020 FabFitFun box.  My SIL asked me to renew my subscription so she could get the few items from the box that she wanted and then let me keep the rest of it.  (She also renewed her own subscription for this season's box, but she needed 2 of the blankets and that's why she also asked me.)  Anyway, here are the products that I've gotten recently.

Dr. Brandt Pores No More Pore Purifying Cleanser

Phase Zero Making Moves Blusher

Paradox LA Lucky Stars Blemish Patches

Daily Concepts Daily Facial Dry Brush

Dr. Brandt Microdermabrasion Age Defying Exfoliator

Tula Skincare Glow & Get It Cooling and Brightening Eye Balm

Algenist Complete Eye Renewal Balm

Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Holiday 2020 Edition

The Creme Shop x Hello Kitty Macaron Lip Balm

Dr. Teal's Relax & Relief Set

Lancome Idole L'Intense

That's everything for now!  Thank you for stopping by.  I hope you have a fun and safe New Year's!

FabFitFun Starter Box 2018 Unboxing

Hello, everyone!  How was your weekend?

I've heard a lot of good reviews of the FabFitFun subscription service and I've been considering signing up for quite some time now, but never actually committed to it.  FFF is a seasonal subscription service that offers products ranging from fitness and wellness to beauty and fashion.  Each box costs $49.99 and is valued at over $200.  My sister-in-law signed up for a subscription a few months ago and recently sent me a link for a free FabFitFun starter box (I had to pay $5 for shipping).  The value for my starter box is $143!

Ahava Dead Sea Water Mineral Hand Cream - $33 for 5.1 fl. oz.
I've tried a couple other products from this brand before and I've really liked them!  This cream sinks into the skin and leaves my hands feeling soft and hydrated.

Free People x Understated Leather Starry Eyed Travel Eye Mask in the shade Mint - $40
I don't ever use sleep masks, but this one sure is cute.  The quality is really nice, but I think $40 for an eye mask is pretty steep.  It is vegan leather with an adjustable strap and also features a removable non-toxic insert that can be thrown in the refrigerator or freezer for a cooling effect.

Spongelle Beyond Cleansing Body Wash Infused Buffer in Freesia Pear - $16
This is a sponge that has body wash infused in it.  It smells amazing through the package, so I'm sure it will leave my skin smelling great all day.

Summer & Rose Brittany Tote - $54
This is decently sized and made from vegan leather with rope handles.  There is a zipper on top and a small pocket inside.  This would be perfect for a trip to the beach.

That's everything I got in my box.  Honestly, the only thing I'm actually excited about is the hand cream.  The tote bag would have been nice to have at the beginning of summer to take to the beach, but I'm not going to get a whole lot of use out of it until next summer.  The body buffer is a cool concept but I'm not super hyped about it.  I don't use sleeping eye masks.  I would consider using one during the summer, but since I live in the PNW it's about to be dark earlier in the evenings and later in the mornings.  That's not to say that these aren't good products, but I know I'm not going to get much use of three out of the four products I received.

What do you think of this starter box?  Would it get you to subscribe to the seasonal box?  I'm still on the fence about it.

Thanks for stopping by, and I hope you have a great week!
