Hello, everyone! How was your weekend? Who's excited for Christmas?! I think we all need some holiday cheer in our lives right now.
As usual, I don't have too many items to share with you, but here are the products I've used up these past few months.
Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Body Lotion
I have repurchased this lotion so many times. I really like it because it's not overly scented and doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy for hours after applying.
Glam Glow Glowstarter Mega Illuminating Moisturizer in Nude Glow
This was okay. If you're wearing it alone (not under makeup) it makes your skin look VERY shiny! My hands definitely had glitter all over them but I couldn't really see the glitter on my face. It is also highly scented. The scent isn't bad, but I can still smell it on my face hours later and I'm not a fan of that.
Garnier Skin Active Micellar Cleansing Water
I really like this stuff! I don't know what's in this to make it remove every ounce of makeup, but it's incredible. I will absolutely be repurchasing a full size of this!
Eyeko Eye Do Liquid Eyeliner
This was fine. It could be a darker black, but it isn't awful. I don't particularly like felt tip liners, so this isn't an eyeliner that I will repurchase.
Victoria's Secret Amber Romance Body Lotion
This scent is nice. I'm not sure it does too much in the way of moisturizing though. No matter how many times I applied it, it didn't seem to make my hands feel any softer.
Tula Skincare Dual-Phase Skin Reviving Treatment Pad
These are quite interesting. One side of the pad is white and contains the fibers and serum that you rub over your face and the other side is blue and exfoliates your skin. My skin did feel really soft after I used this though.
Drunk Elephant Protini Polypeptide Cream
I'm really glad I used some of my Sephora points for this instead of buying a full size container. I'm pretty sure this broke me out. After I incorporated this into my skincare routine I began to get little whiteheads all over my face. Needless to say, I won't be purchasing this.
L'Oreal Pure Clay Masks - Charcoal, Red Algea, and Eucalyptus
It took me a very long time to use these up. They've been sitting in my bathroom for quite a while so I've been multi-masking with all three of these a lot lately. My skin does look good right after using these, but I haven't seen any long term benefits. I'm also not a huge fan of masks that dry down on your skin. I prefer more moisturizing masks, so I won't be repurchasing any of these.
Those are all the products I used up over the last few months!
Thank you for stopping by, and I hope you have an amazing holiday!
